Kazuki was on his way home after a long day of work, tired and a bit grumpy, he hated having to work late on his birthday; it was almost 7, and he was supposed to be home hours ago. "Surprise!"

The lights flicked on, and Aila, and the twins poped out of the blue. A big cake was in the living room, bigger then a normal sized cake. "Happy birthday, dad!" Aila said smiling up at her father. "Sadly...mom was called into work." she frowned slightly. "I'm sorry.."

Kazuki smiled as his children popped out and from the closet some of his and Mani's friends began to stream out to welcome him. "Wow... you guys did all this for me?" He said, beaming as he knelt down to hug Alia and the twins, lifting Olivia into his arms as he beamed up at his friends. "But I can't believe they called your mom into work this late... when is she going to get back home?"

"Nope, she might not be back until the morning." Aila said gently to her father, before looking at the cake. "Want to cut the cake?"
