The schools fire alarm was going off again. And frankly, it was getting on her nerves. Rubbing her tembles gently as she sat in the hallway, Aine let out a small sigh. Lifting up her index finger she flicked it and it suddenly stopped. The students around her didn't seem to notice. But she caught the glimps of someone staring at her. Her red hair awkwardly cut short then two long strands fell to her hips. Her neon green eyes widened slightly, before turning away and began to make it look normal. "Damn it..did that boy see me?" she wispered to herself. The boy had indeed seen her. His eyes having been fixed upon her, all the more entranced by her actions. For several weeks now, he had the feeling that Aine was special in a way that couldn't be measured. It wasn't that he was in love with her, in fact, it was more or less his curiosity. But yet, after seeing the even, he could only give off a sly grin. Continuing on as if he hadn't even noticed anything. He would confront her later, when they were alone, and he would find out the extent of her abilities. Aine finished the school day smooth and quickly. Fixing her backpack the way she wanted, she stood up from the seat she was sitting in and began on her way home. Although the feeling that day, she couldn't shake it off. Someone had to of been following her. "Whos there?" she asked as soon as she got outside the school. He was shocked that she had noticed him, himself having tried to remain mostly hidden from her vision. Something had to be up, perhaps it was her supernatural abilities. No matter what, he had to admit defeat, she had caught him, but he couldn't help but fix himself up, acting as if he were playing innocent, "Just me," Silas spoke, casually, "Unless you have some little invisible friend floating around, just me," "Oh, It's just you Silas." Aine said letting out a small sigh, almost relieved. "Why are you still here?" she asked fixing her backpack, "Didn't school end a while back? I had cleaning duty...so...why are you still here?" she asked rubbing her cheek slightly. It hadn't clicked inside of her head yet that he was the boy who saw her use her magic. "Yep, just me," He replied, moving in a bit closer, that grin on her face as she pulled in closer. His eyes fixed on hers as he could hardly contain the excitement, "Mind telling me how you turned off the fire alarm?" The smile on her face dissappeared. "The fire alarm?" Aine turned her head, "It just shut off by itself, you know our school is weird like that." she said steping back from him. He was the boy who had scene her. "No, usually they would have us meet up on the field normally, even if it were fake," He was more than eager to correct, "And flicking your wrist towards it right when it turned off. Like that's a coincidence as well," "I was just flicking my hand, it's a was just a pure bad luck moment." Aine said turning away from him. "I-I'll see you tomorrow, Silas." she said as she began to walk towards her house. Hoping he would drop it. And he wasn't about to. As she began to walk away, he sped up to catch her, walking along side her now. Happy that he was catching her into a corner, "You're acting strange about it you know," "N-No I'm not." Aine said turning the corner and stopping, "What are you hinting at?" she asked looking up at him. If he figured out she had magic, she would probably turned in to the police who deal with magic users. It was forbidden and bad luck to have witches among 'normal' people. "No, you just stopped the alarm with nothing but a flick of your wrist. So, I want to know what you can do, exactly," He was still smirking about the whole ordeal, leaning in towards her as he continued to follow her, not even thinking about giving up the chase. Aine leaned back and continued on her way, "...No you don't know what you saw." she said gently. "That's was just a flicking of my wrist...it cramps up sometimes." she closed her eyes for a moment, before tricking him and began to run home. She needed to get away from him, he was poking around in her magic that she didn't want to happen. And it wasn't going to end so easily for her. Just as she might have begun to try and run away, his hand reached out to grab her wrist. Pulling her hand up and close to him, as he seemed to stare her down, intent on hearing the truth from her, "You're lying, and i know it," He remarked, "Just tell me the truth, and all will be good," Aine stared up at him, before lifting up her hand. Some sort of wind pushed him away from her, she flinched and stood still as she looked down at him. "..I-I'm sorry...I can use magic." she said trembling in place. "Don't tell anyone, please." And by then, a cold wind blew between them. His hands moving to wrap around her body. Trying to give her some sort of support, "See how hard that was?" He admitted, pulling back, "And don't worry. As long as you follow my word, all will be good," "What do you mean...follow your word?" Aine asked looking up at him as he wrapped his hands around her. "What are you planning?" she asked putting her hands onto his chest. Intending to push him away. "Silas, what are you planning?" she asked pushing him away slightly. "Oh, just thoughts running around my mind," He was quick to reply. His hands wrapping around hers, pulling them off of himself, "What are you going to try and do to stop me? I could let people in school know about what you do," If he did that, she would be turned in for sure. "Don't do that! Please, I won't...I-I won't." she stood in place trembling. Hoping he didn't have anything perverted up his sleeve. And yet, he placed his hand on her head. Rubing it softly, "Don't worry. I won't make it horrible for you. Just don't think about going for revenge," Aine put her head down slightly as he rubbed it gently. "...Fine.." she said stepping away from him, "I'm going home now...I've got to study for the english test tomorrow." "Why don't you swing by my place?" He asked, looking at her, pondering how far he might be able to take this without her having a severe breakdown Aina shook her head, "No no, I'll be fine." she said sighing and began to walk towards her house again. "I'll see you tomorrow at school." "Fine, fine," He remarked, swaying his hand as he began to walk away. Perhaps, he'd have to let things settle for a bit. Let her get used to him knowing her secret. Perhaps, tomorrow he could start pushing his limits. The following day at school, Aine visibley was flirting with someone with out even realizing it. Smiling up at the boy she was talking too, she completely forgot the fact of her little deal with Silas. She was happy she did too. Although, noting this. He would wait until later, far later. After the test was over, and lunch had come upon them. He stopped to look at Aine, a soft smile on his lips as he reached out for her hand, "Mind coming with me?" Aine looked up at him and followed behind him, he had led her into a quiet room. "What is it, Silas? I haven't used any magic today." she said looking up at him. "No no. Its not that," He replied, looking over her, "I just saw your flirting with some other boy. I was wondering what was happening is all," Silas couldn't help but feel a little bit betrayed. Did he have some feeling for her? Yes, of course, but he wasn't willing to abuse his power over her, just yet. "Flirting?" Aine asked blinking slightly, "I wasn't flirting with anyone...I was talking with Jack that's all.." she said looking away with a sigh. "That isn't any of your business anyway." she began to pass him, "I'd like to eat my lunch in peace." "Well. I was hoping we might be able to enjoy the evening together," He replied, "Oh, and I wanted to ask. Can you heal wounds as well?" "Yes, why?" Aine asked turning around to him, "I've got plans tonight." she crossed her arms under her breasts. "Just wondering. Oh, you do? Well, what are you doing tonight?" He was curious as is. There were no tests as far as he was aware of, "Because, I'd like to spend some time with you." "I've got a date with Jack tonight." she said sighing. "You're acting as if you're dating me or something. Stop asking so many questions." Well, obviously he wasn't altogether happy about that. Perhaps, he was acting oddly about it, but he couldn't help but turn his attention elsewhere. She was dating Jack? The thought had never come to him, and as he pulled away, his mind settled upon a thought, "I don't want you dating Jack," He replied, "If you were as careless around me, what says he will find out? And before you know it, the entire school will know, and god forbid what might happen then," "Excuse me?" Aine said turning to him, "You can't tell me or make break up with him." she snapped shaking her head. "I'm not breaking up with him."
